ISIKKENT EDUCATION CAMPUS

Işıkkent Education Campus was established in 1998 by Çimentaş Education and Health Foundation with the desire and goal of bringing a principled, student-centered, model educational institution that embraces national and universal values to the Turkish education system.

In 1996, the Foundation formed an Advisory Board of 40 people from different fields of expertise to be consulted in the creation of the school’s educational philosophy, management and teaching staff, and educational infrastructure as well as its physical structure. The educational philosophy, educational goals and physical environment, which were created by focusing on the finest details as a result of intensive workshops by local and foreign consultants and target-oriented studies of the foundation, came to life with the name “Işıkkent Education Campus”.
